Overview

n 2002, the third-generation model was introduced which saw the model move further up-market. Planned and developed under BMW ownership the third generation was to share components and systems (electronics, core power units etc.) with the 7 Series (E38). It was designed to accommodate BMW's M62 V8 engines for future models. The manual transmission was dropped entirely, leaving only the automatic. The 7 Series electronics system was being phased out during the development of the third-generation Range Rover and being replaced with the electronics from the BMW E39 5 Series.
The new Range Rover Westminster Edition joins the line-up to replace the previous TDV8 Vogue and Vogue SE models.

The exterior of the Westminster Edition is distinguished by the bright 'Noble' finish to the front grille and side vents, 'Titan' silver lower splitter bar and fog lamp bezels, 20-inch, 10-spoke alloy wheels and 'Westminster' badging

Inside there are illuminated treadplates and a cabin finished with luxury carpets and Grand Black lacquer trim elements, plus bright-finished pedal finishers. The front seats feature both heating and cooling functions and the in car entertainment system benefits from a 19-speaker, 1,200W Harman Kardon LOGIC7 surround sound system as well as Range Rover�s Dual View infotainment screen.
The engine remains un-changed and is the same 4.4-litre TDV8 unit with eight-speed automatic transmission

This beautiful vehicle is a 2012 / 62 Registered Limited Edition Westminster model which was part of the 'Land Rover Run Out Program' for the 3rd Generation L322.
It is painted in unmarked Indus Silver (a new colour introduced for the Westminster) and Upholstered in Black Leather.
