Following the success of brands like Bentley and Porsche with their SUV's, it was only a matter of time before more traditional supercar makers entered the market place. Unlike the others Lamborghini have a history of producing outlandish SUV's. The worlds first super SUV, isn't fitted with the hallmark V10 or the ridiculous V12, instead Lamborghini opted for a 4.0 twin-turbo V8 powering all four wheels via an 8-speed gearbox. urbocharging gives the Urus ample power, at 650bhp, but more importantly huge reserves of torque with a peak of 850Nm delivered from just 2,250-rpm. For Lamborghini's engineers, this was essential for a Super SUV. Performance is mind blowing considering the car weighs over 2 tonnes, 0-62mph takes 3.6 seconds, 0-124mph just 12.8 seconds. Top speed is 190mph, making the Urus the fastest SUV in the world according to Lamborghini.
